The Traschler House: A majestic property in the heart of Sant Feliu de Guíxols

Specifically, a new building could be carried out, that could be, a building of up to 3 floors with 2 houses per floor, at the end where the garage building is. In addition, it is possible to make a comprehensive and complete rehabilitation of the historic building and condition it with the best features to build up to a total of 10 independent housings, including the current commercial stablishment on Hospital Street.
