Helena Jornet Finques achieves success at the European Property Awards

Last Thursday, October 23, the London Marriot Hotel, Grosvenor Square in London hosted the European Property Awards ceremony. The most prestigious awards in the real estate sector that every year, since 1993, recognize the work of architects, developers, interior designers and real estate agencies from across the European continent.

Helena Jornet, Roger, Mariona and Pol, representing Helena Jornet Finques, have traveled to London to attend the European Property Awards ceremony to collect the four awards for which we were nominated.

We are very excited to share with you that Helena Jornet Finques has received awards in the following four categories:

• Best real estate agency 2 - 4 offices Spain.
• Best real estate agency marketing Spain.
• Best real estate rentals/lettings agency Spain.
• Best real estate agent Spain for Helena Jornet.

The awards jury is made up of over 100 leaders, experts and representatives from all sectors of the real estate industry, and is headed by Lord Waverley, Lord Best and Lord Thurso. They valued Helena Jornet's career, the quality of our services, the location and design of our offices, the professionalism of our team and the social commitment and respect and care for the territory and people.

At the end of the ceremony, the nominations for the International Property Awards were presented and Helena Jornet collected one of the three nominations for Best Real Estate Agent European Continent.

Helena Jornet Finques also received one of three nominations for Best Real Estate Agency Rentals/Lettings European Continent. The International Property Awards ceremony will be held in January 2026.

Beyond these recognitions, during the day we were able to attend presentations and networking spaces to build synergies and establish contacts and relationships with the rest of the award-winning architects, designers, construction companies and real estate agencies from across the European continent.
